Pink Lady
Firm, crisp flesh and a unique, tangy-tart
sweet flavor are characteristic of this apple.
Snackers and bakers give the variety high marks
in consumer tasting. Crisp fall nights bring on
the bright pink color that gives the apple its
name. Supplies of Pink Lady start in November
and are generally the final variety harvested
here at Farmington Fresh. This variety lasts all
winter in our storage facility and is a great
apple to satisfy all of your Holiday needs. This
is a favorite for our red variety of Sweet Apple
Bites that we use as the Perfect snack alternative.
