Easy Air Fried Chicken
When you want to cook a delicious meal, but are strapped for time and worry about your oil consumption, this tasty air fryer recipe is perfect for a fuss-free dinner. You can use any spices and herbs you prefer, and serve the chicken with any sides you like. Fret not if you don’t have an air fryer, you can always bake it in the oven.
- 4 Farm Fresh Tender Chicken Breast
- 1⁄2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1⁄2 tsp pepper
- 1 First, combine the salt, garlic, paprika and herbs with plenty of ground black pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle them onto a large plate. Rub the chicken breasts all over with a little oil, then dib each one into the spice and herb seasoning until covered. Place into your air fryer basket.
- 2 Cook the chicken at 180°C for 20 minutes, turning the breasts over half way through. They're cooked when the juices run clear when pierced with a knife. If your air fryer has a temperature thermometer, insert it into the thickest part of one of the chicken breasts. They are cooked when it is 70°C.
- 3 Serve with steamed rice, green vegetables or a crispy salad.
